xbaaje Terms & Conditions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. All defined terms apply equally in the singular and plural, and references to any gender include all genders.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any specific promotion or game rules, the specific promotion or game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific matter only.

Access to and use of the xbaaje Platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Your acceptance is evidenced by any of the following actions:

• Clicking "I agree" or any equivalent confirmation during the registration process;
• Completing the Account registration form and submitting it to xbaaje;
• Making a deposit into your xbaaje Account;
• Placing any wager or participating in any game or betting market on the Platform;
• Continuing to use the Platform following the publication of any updated version of these Terms & Conditions.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms & Conditions, and all references to "You" in these terms shall apply equally to that entity.

xbaaje reserves the right to require re-acceptance of these Terms & Conditions at any time, including upon material updates. Continued use of the Platform following such a request constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and maintain an Account on the xbaaje Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity acting as a player);
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or play;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of xbaaje or any of its game providers or payment partners;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in connection with gambling activity on this Platform;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from this Platform or had an Account closed for terms violations;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence.

xbaaje employs mandatory KYC procedures and may request government-issued identity documents (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of age at any stage. Where an Account is found to be held by a person under the age of 18, xbaaje will immediately close the Account, void all wagers placed, and return any deposited Funds via the original payment method after completing required verifications. xbaaje will not be liable for any losses incurred on an Account where the holder was found to be underage.

Each eligible person may hold only one Account on the xbaaje Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of Funds.

Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and preferred contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

KYC Verification

xbaaje operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. Before any withdrawal may be processed, and at xbaaje's discretion at any point during your use of the Platform, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of identity: national ID card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued driving licence;
• Proof of age: any of the above documents displaying your date of birth;
• Proof of address: a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months displaying your name and residential address;
• Proof of payment method: a screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits.

xbaaje reserves the right to temporarily restrict Account functionality (including deposits, withdrawals, and wager placement) pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of request may result in Account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. xbaaje will never request your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised such activity. All financial transactions on the xbaaje Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). xbaaje supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary based on your location and account status.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction;
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider;
• xbaaje does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges;
• Only Funds deposited from payment methods registered in your own name may be used on the Platform. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• xbaaje reserves the right to request evidence of deposit source where transactions appear unusual or inconsistent with your normal activity pattern.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction;
• KYC verification must be fully complete before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–5 Business Days of submission, subject to verification requirements;
• xbaaje reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above ৳50,000;
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

Transaction Integrity

All Funds deposited must be from legitimate sources. xbaaje maintains anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) compliance procedures. Any suspected fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise irregular financial activity will result in immediate Account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are credited in a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play that exceed the wagering requirement threshold may be withdrawn;

By using the xbaaje Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms:

Identity & Account Integrity

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials;
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account;
• Creating an Account if you are under 18 years of age.

Financial Conduct

• Depositing Funds derived from illegal, criminal, or fraudulent activity;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any form of financial crime;
• Making deposits using a payment method that is not registered in your own name;
• Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or dispute claims in bad faith.

Gaming Integrity

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or calculation errors — any such errors must be reported to support immediately;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games, or any competitive format;

General Platform Use

• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward Platform staff or other players;
• Publishing, transmitting, or uploading any material that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or infringing on any third-party rights via the Platform.

xbaaje reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to: issuing a formal warning, restricting Account functionality, suspending the Account, closing the Account permanently, and withholding or forfeiting Funds where legally permissible.

Either you or xbaaje may close your Account at any time, subject to the conditions below.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting the xbaaje support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of your closure request, xbaaje will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate Funds (i.e., real money Funds not subject to active wagering requirements) within the standard withdrawal timeframe. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Account closure requests are processed within 5 Business Days.

Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who wish to close their Account for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary (30 days, 90 days, 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion closures are processed with priority and take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. xbaaje-Initiated Suspension or Closure

xbaaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or AML/CTF violations;
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Discovery that the Account holder is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Irregular or suspicious betting patterns suggesting system exploitation;
• Regulatory, legal, or law enforcement direction requiring Account closure or fund freeze.

In cases of closure for terms violations, xbaaje reserves the right to withhold Funds pending the outcome of any internal or external investigation. xbaaje will not be liable for any losses arising from Account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbaaje's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xbaaje shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — regardless of whether xbaaje has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Without limiting the foregoing, xbaaje accepts no liability for:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or network interruptions beyond xbaaje's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Inaccuracies in game results caused by third-party software providers where xbaaje had no ability to prevent or remedy such inaccuracies;
• Any loss arising from changes in laws or regulations in your jurisdiction that affect your ability to use the Platform;
• Losses caused by circumstances constituting force majeure, including acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunication failures.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the xbaaje Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of xbaaje or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application;
• Use any xbaaje trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written consent.
